Sunday, January 5th - Jacqui's back at work

Sunday morning, our holidays are over. I'm back to work at CBS and Jacqui is starting at the American Academy for Girls, in a grade 1. It went well : 20 kids with one EA. The only disappointing thing is that a contract wasn't offered today. The principal said that they have to wait for the Ministry approval before offering a contract to a new teacher (some schools offer it before the approval but most play it by the book and wait for it). Our evening was quiet. Jacqui spent time on Skype chatting with family and friends back in frozen Ontario and I worked on this blog (and others) and on organizing pictures from the safari.
