It was kind of nice to sleep in this morning, as we did not have anything scheduled until the evening. We had a late breakfast then went out to Harrods - 5 floors of shopping (this could be heaven or this could be hell) where we probably can't afford to buy anything! Some of the prices were completely ridiculous, but the place was pretty busy and some people were buying stuff.
We had an early dinner in Soho, close to the Queens theatre, where we were going to see Les Miserables. Our seats were in the second row, but since it's a pretty small theatre, being close was not a problem for getting the overall view of the performance. We could touch the stage by stretching a bit, and we could see inside the orchestra pit by standing up. The performers were about 10 feet away from us when they were at the front of the stage. It was a great performance, which we always enjoy - great music, great voices, great everything!
